  1. Usage: WINDOW ADD [^]<n>  
  2.   Adds <n> to window namelist, where <n> is either a nick or channel 
  3.   name.  All communication with <n> will go to that window.  Also, <n>
  4.   may be a comma separated list (no spaces).  If <n> is prefixed with
  5.   a ^, the nick is removed
